The questionnaires are completed by people with a knowledge of how your organization works. They are analyzed and a customized client report is produced. The Scan is an efficient instrument, integrated with other Orgpax tools, for obtaining feedback from any number of leaders and groups, and for rapidly identifying areas where things may not be as they should be.
