  • designer of counselling processes and tools for career / life change
  • advising and coaching senior executives on strategic organizational change leadership

Chris has written widely on related topics and is the author of the Orgpax series of self-help tool-kits for leaders.

  • for several groups of trainees, designed and delivered group counselling programs related to vocational choice, cultural integration and job search techniques
  • for corporate executive groups, designed and facilitated personal financial counselling programs

Clients

Our counselling and coaching engagements are confidential. They follow the Code of Ethics of the American Counselling Association and recognize two potential clients, the individual and the employer: strict guidelines regulate confidentiality and reporting.

Individual clients vary from CEOs and Board Members to craftspeople and clerical personnel. Corporate clients vary from large government or public organizations to associations and small business. References can generally be made available.
